WIN & SAN Jewelry company was established in 1983 and has been making fine jewelries utilizing the talent from professional Thai craftsmen using Myanmar's finest jade , sapphire ,gemstones and diamonds. The company source their trade mark refined gem stones with the best quality from local suppliers , which were then moved to WIN & SAN 's jewelry factory to be made into the most desirable jewelry items with excellent quality . In order to enhance the recognition from the market ,WIN & SAN makes continuous improvement on production , operation and innovative customer management .WIN & SAN 's jewelry products have been recognized not only by the Myanmar consumers, but also by the foreign buyers from different nations .By 2001 ,to increase and efficiently distribute the company 's jewelries ,the business started opening a showroom in the heart of Yangon for reliable distribution and easier access for customers .

The company first operated by selling diamond related jewelries but in 2009 ,the company started launching fine jewelries with gemstones such as jade , ruby and sapphire for more variety of choices for customers. This is a strategy to not only gain market coverage but also to acquire new customers.In 2010, the demand for WIN & SAN jewelleries increases,so the company opened another showroom in big shopping center to distribute more as well as to meet the consumer demands.
By the year 2012, WIN & SAN Jewelry Company was published to have around 25% of the market share and by the year 2013, the company is employing approximately 130 employees. WIN & SAN is also advocated for the frequent interaction with customers and good customer services.
